Adding a new cardholder

Use this form to add a new cardholder to an existing HSBC Commercial Card facility of 4 cards or less. If you want to apply for a new Commercial Card facility, or if your existing facility has more than 4 cards, please call us on 03457 60 60 60.

Information you'll need

To complete this form, you will need to provide us with the following details:
• your business account details
• your contact details
• requested total card facility and limits for individual cards
You will also need to provide us with the following details about the new cardholder:
• their full name, address and contact details
• their date of birth
You will also need to ask the new cardholder to input a memorable word for security purposes.

Authorising your application

If you are the Primary User of Business Internet Banking and a signatory who is authorised by your mandate, you can authorise your application online. If not, once you’ve submitted your form, you simply need to:
