If you don't have access to a printer, we can retrieve and print a copy for you at your local branch using the above reference code. Just call us 03457 60 60 60 to arrange a convenient time for you (and any other signatories, where appropriate) to visit and sign.
We will hold your submission for 45 days until we receive a signed copy of the form. After this time, you will need to start a new online form.
After we’ve received your signed form, we may contact you and ask that new signatories upload copies of suitable identity documents using a smartphone or webcam, or show the original documents at their nearest branch. Please note, your mandate changes will not become active until we have confirmed their identity and address.
Once we have completed our checks, the mandate revisions will take effect.
