If you don't have access to a printer, we can retrieve and print a copy for you at your local branch using the above reference code. Just call us 03457 60 60 60 to arrange a convenient time for you (and any other signatories, where appropriate) to visit and sign. Your submission will be held for 45 days. After this time, you will no longer be able to retrieve or print a copy of your form. When we receive your printed and signed form, we need to verify the new Primary User's identity and address. As part of our checking process, we may contact you to ask that they upload copies of suitable documents using a smartphone or webcam, or show the original documents at their nearest branch. Please note, we cannot replace the existing Primary User until we have confirmed the identity and address of their replacement. As soon as we have completed our checks, we'll send the new Primary User's security details by post and email. Please note, if you're downloading to a mobile device or tablet, your form may not open automatically. You can find it in your documents folder.

Replacing the Primary User of your Business Internet Banking

Use this form if you want to nominate someone else to be the Primary User of your Business Internet Banking service.

Information you'll need

To complete this form, you will need to provide us with the following details:
• your business account details
• the name, date of birth and contact details of the new Primary User

Authorising your application

After you've submitted your form, you simply need to:
• download and print a copy
• carefully follow the signing instructions
• post your signed form back to us using the freepost address provided

Before we can register this person as the new Primary User, we need to verify their identity and address. We can either conduct an electronic identity check or, after we have received your signed form, we will contact you with instructions on how to upload copies of suitable identity documents using a smartphone or webcam, or show the original documents at your nearest branch.
Please confirm that you have notified this individual that we will conduct an electronic check of their identity, and that this individual would like us to proceed with such a check. <p>If we can identify them via an electronic check, they may not have to provide us with any identity and address verification documents.</p><br/><p>We will try to identify the signatories electronically by conducting a credit reference search. This will not be visible to other providers as it is known as an unrecorded entry search.</p><br/><p>This will take into consideration 3 areas:<ul style="font-size: 12px !important"><li>Information that you provide today</li><li>Information that we already hold</li><li>Information we obtain from external credit reference agencies.</li></ul></p><br/><p>Whilst this record will not be visible to any other providers, the individual would be able to see the search if they were to obtain a copy of their credit report.</p>
