If you don't have access to a printer, we can retrieve and print a copy for you at your local branch using the above reference code. Just call us 03457 60 60 60 to arrange a convenient time for you (and any other signatories, where appropriate) to visit and sign. Your submission will be held for 45 days. After this time, you will no longer be able to retrieve or print a copy of your form. When we receive your printed and signed form, we need to verify the new Primary User's identity and address. As part of our checking process, we may contact you to ask that they upload copies of suitable documents using a smartphone or webcam, or show the original documents at their nearest branch. Please note, we cannot replace the existing Primary User until we have confirmed the identity and address of their replacement. As soon as we have completed our checks, we'll send the new Primary User's security details by post and email.
